I received an invoice via via "Outlook" from Jacqueline Parker thanking for a $439.99 on for 1 yr subscription of Windows Defender. It came from (803) 221-0058.

My machine identified caller as Ray Burr, calling from 803-449-0014.

Same here. Very persistent and in conflict with Federal Fair Debt Collection procedures which PROHIBIT requests for SS #s etc. Also appears to use multiple 'phone numbers from area codes 803 and 843. Most likely a scam caller or from a disreputable collections outfit. Simple response to such calls being "Don't call again" and HANG UP"!

This is the number given out by a company calling itself "Elite Seal Coating," but there is no physical address for the company. Its 'employee,' going by the name Pete Carroll, preys on the elderly and scams them with some sort of bogus driveway seal coat material that neither seals nor repairs cracks. Reportedly the company has offices in Myrtle Beach, SC, and in Shelbyville, KY. They seem more like grifters and scammers than legitimate contractors, and they work only for hard cash.
