This number called me on a Friday morning at 8:38 am. The individual spoke broken english and was of asian decent. They did not identify who they were or what company they were representing, however , they asked for me by name and they knew the last two digits of my soc sec number. I did not acknowledge that I was the person they were trying to contact and said I would not speak to them, telling them they were not talking to the correct individual. This person actually apologized for calling but they were very hard to understand.
