This number called me twice today 9/12 and left a message both times, it was an automated woman with the message already in progress spouting numbers. I called the number back with a bad connection with a man with a heavy accent stating they were an investigation company and he was officer (could not understand his name), he asked my name, I told him he should know my name since I verified that the number I was calling on was the number they called me both times on. He asked for my number again and I hung up on him.

If you get a call from 423-920-2904 notify the FTC ( Call 1-877-FTC-HELP or visit ftc.gov/complaint ) . They have heard about the number already and want more info. This number is calling claiming to be IRS. The FTC says the IRS does not call if you owe back money. They send letters.
