The caller said they were an arbitration company and I took out a payday loan and they said it was under my social but the information was of an address, e-mail, former employer etc from over a decade ago. When I asked where their main office was I could not get a straight answer of where in Miami. If this was a legitimate claim and if I asked for a central or main firm they would have to provide an address and phone number. I also have never been told I better have a good f'n lawyer. So I was very angry and told her I will be happy to report this to the Attny General and the other end went silent and she hung up.
