Scam. It was a robotic recorded call claiming to be from the IRS. It did make me laugh, though, because the message wasn't even in proper English.

It's an IRS scam. I called the number back on my cell just to mess with them. It took several call but finally some guy answered and said his name was Oscar Johnson . I told him my name was Barry and that the call was being traced, he called me an ***** and hung up, I've called home back several times just to ***** him off!!
