Got the same call. Very generic. Never states the persons name they are calling for. When you call back the 651-880-3320 that appears on caller ID you get the recording the number is not in service. However when you call the 844 #'s they leave the person who answer does not state a companies name or theirs instead he/she says legal department. No way will I speak to anyone to give any info. My message stated to call to update call back info and address. Then it went on to say they will be in contact with my HR or payroll department that is on file. No company can legally hold legal documents or forewarn you of any proceedings. Once you call them out on it the calls stop.

I got a call on my cell phone today from 651-800-3320 who said it was from Marissa Smith of Documents Service Dispatch calling with a formal notice regarding legal documents that were placed on temporary hold, and that there was a notice of non-compliance and that I had to call (844-218-4135) the issuing agents before the end of the business day or there would be proceedings against me. This is a phishing scam!! They don't know my name. They only give generic wording that sounds official but is meant to scare people into calling and giving them your credit card information to clean you out!! BE WARE OF THIS SCAM!!! Report them at once, and block there phone number!!
