Called my child's cell-Forgot the name of the company-but Indian guy said he could lower my rate to 6%. So I say GREAT! Let's do it. He acts like he has all my info-just asks for exp date on card(I don't have any cards) I tell him I'm driving, have to pull over. Laid phone down and went back to my project-he's saying, hello are you still with me? Every few minutes I say Hold on! Finally go back to him with an exp date and wow! It matches his info! Then he asks to verify the card #. He says 16 numbers so I blurt out some numbers and he says that's not enough so I start over. Then he says they don't match so we go over and over and over the numbers. I'm mixing them up. He starts asking what kind of card. I'm shocked the numbers on this card I use all the time don't match! I get upset and accuse my husband of switching cards on me. We go around on that a while then he wants to try a different card. I tell him I don't have another one with me-it's been 13min. I'm done with him. But he keeps asking so I say, wait what exactly does my credit card not match? What info do you have? Is this a joke!? Then I start laughing and yell at my husband-you got me! And hang up. Poor guy. Maybe I kept someone else from getting a call.
