When answering this call a recorded message stated they knew I had credit cards with intrest rates above 20%, if I was interested in lowering these rates to dial 9 now. When dialing 9 I was transfered to a foreign speaking man that proceeded to explain that I should not be paying more than 10% and he could arrange for my rates to be lowered, he then ask if my high rate card was m/c or visa and that he knew he would have to wait for me to go get my card, he then ask for the expiration date and the 15 digits following 4 on my card, when I hesitated he explained that he knew I was skeptical of scams and assured me that I was protected by law and nothing more would happen more than reducing my interest rate to 10% and to please give him the number and cvc number, when I refused to give him the number he hung up
