Whoever this is they keep calling my husbands cell phone asking for someone we never heard of. When my husband says that person doesn't have that number anymore the guy starts demanding to speak to whoever has the electric bill in their name. My husband told them not call anymore and the guy said that he is going to keep calling until he gets the answer he's looking for. At this point its harassing
