Called a relative claiming to be a Attorney's office. I called he answered the phone as Litigation Services. He also gave a fake case number and also said that a summons will be served on Friday! Yeah I believe that because they totally warn you before they serve you! Just because I took it this far I went ahead and paid to search the court records for any lawsuit filings and guess what? NOTHING! I am going to research this guy and get his information and I will be suing him for violating the fair debt collection practices act.

UNKNOWN BLOCKED CALL TO WORK. CALLED TWICE @ 12:57 PM SPOKE WITH ME AND LEFT MESSAGE WITH CO-WORKER @2:04 PM. INFORMED CALLER THAT I COULD NOT ACCEPT THE CALL AND THEY CALLED AGAIN.
