Have just received a fone call from this number, however, have received several calls from 917.231.1054 since the end of October 2017. Whenever a vmail is left, it is from a 'Simon Clark(e) with United Processing' saying a 'complaint has been filed against you [me]' and saying documentation is to be provided at the tyme of being served papers. IF this is a legitimate process server, Why do they not identify whom they are foning for? As long as they do not identify whom they are trying to contact, I am not obligated to respond to or answer their calls. This smacks of Scam/Spam, not to mention Harassment. Considering filing complaints of my own with proper authorities and filing legal action.
