The name of the company is Home Advantage. I just spoke with a live person there, a very nice woman, who explained that Home Advantage is hired by Humana and Aetna to call their subscribers to schedule free, in-home visits by nurses to take the insureds' vitals, go over their medical issues, their prescription and OTC medications and any other supplements they take. She said they sometimes catch serious and even live-threatening conditions for which the insureds haven't yet sought medical treatment, and medication/supplement conflicts that the insureds' medical providers aren't aware of. They don't leave a message because, under HIPAA, they feel they can't. She said they're paid to call until they get an answer, so if you want them to stop calling, just answer one of their calls and either schedule an appointment for the in-home visit or tell them "No, thanks. I'm declining the offer" and they won't call you again. (I didn't actually answer the call that came in on my cell # - they call frequently and never leave a message. I called it BACK from a private extension in my office.)
