This is an alleged process server, named "Serv-it" but, if it were a lawful company, their documents would be served hand-to-hand. Agents present a written request to have you call them to arrange for documents to be served upon you. That's absurd as you would be incriminating yourself, and, if they MAIL you the docs, you incur outrageous costs of $500-1,000. Clearly, Serv-It buys bad debts, i.e. "collection" cases, which are a decade out-of-date (expired), and intend to recover their costs. This is THEIR problem, not yours. Do nothing about these ridiculous threats.

I have relieved a text asking if I was interested in becoming a mystery shopper. When I asked where they got my number. No reply is typical Rogers style.
