Received a message that IRS was filing a lawsuit on me to call this number back.

Scammer...said IRS was suing me and asked for my date of birth. IRS would not call you and tell you they are suing you. Had a heavy accent and claimed he was calling from Washington DC. Number is based out of Vermont.
