multiple robocalls from what said this number: Man answered when I called and said it wasn't him. So, possible spoofing, but it's been used multiple times.

Spam. Rapid repeat calls, middle of the night, no voicemail left, trying to return call gets a message indicating itâs a police officerâs number and to dial 1 for a call back. Called the PD, they donât operate this way. Definitely some kind of scam.
