I have received multiple calls from this number and several others from the same area-code and exchange that identify as "SSI": 319-462-xxxx (1050, 1051, 7055, 1048, 5840). In my case, it appears to be a voter persuasion/suppression campaign in the form of a very stilted opinion survey. I have sent a "do not call" request to "Survey Sampling International", though I can't be sure they're actually who's making the calls.

We received a call from the Henry County Sheriff's office stating they received a 911 from our business which is NCI Building Systems, 305 N. Iris, Mt. Pleasant, IA 52641. She stated that the call was placed from 319-313-5306.

An unwanted robocall from this Iowa City, IA invalid (spoofed) number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, a woman's recorded voice announced "a reduction in your credit card rate by pressing 1 now!"
Folks, this is a nationwide credit card scam -- obtaining credit card numbers to create fraudulent transactions. These trolls are the reason you should always LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
