I got a call from this number with someone yelling at me on a voicemail claiming that I had been calling and harassing people from my cell? She said she is a Constable with the Okotoks RCMP. I don't call anyone from this number except coworkers and my husband. It felt like an abusive scam call.

This telephone number was used to make a recorded call claiming the call was from Canadian Revenue Agency. The call sounded like all previous spam/ scam calls that pro port to be from CRA and are not, CRA does not make this type of call. Hang up on 403 260 0781 as it is defiantly a spam/scam call.

i got a call from this number at 9:30 this morning. It rang about twenty times and i didn"t pick up. Over the nexr ren minutes, it wrang two more times, each time exactly five rings and i didn't pick up as i do not know that number at all.
My number is unlisted and i am old and not well and the only people i keep contact are family, so i can only assume the caller who i don't know wants something from me or wants to exploit or use me in some way.
About two weeks ago i had a call from an unknown number two times over two days that i didn't pick up as i didn't know who the caller was and that at about the 9}30 AM as well
I never ever get strange calls fron strange numbers and this is worrying me.and since i started typing this, i just got one more call from this number and it rang five times and i didn't pick up.
Is there a service for old people can go to and have their incoming callls monitored or screened or managed to avoid being exposed to possible scammers or bad sitiations on the one hand and perhaps missing a legitimate caller because on the one hand, i feel fearful of picking up and on the other, i feel perhaps guilty in not picking up but my number has not been given out to anyone period..
