A computer voice from this number said they were Apple Computer telling me there had been a breach in my account. Clearly it is not Apple, as the company's name would be listed. They wanted me to press to continue, but I did not.

I have received numerous calls from this number as well as the all the related number. I do not answer the call and they never leave a message. The fact a message is never left leads me to suspect this is a spammer or robocall.

received a call from Alexia Thomas, a federal agent for the Consumer Protection Financial agency out of Richmond, Va. informing me that a prize winning package worth a million dollars was being held at the federal Warehouse from the Dream Sweepstakes and all I had to do was call 855-978-6817 and give a certain claim number

Actually, I don't know who it is. I came here hoping to find out. After receiving 3 calls in three days with no message left, I called the number back. Got a phone company (AT&T) recording that said the number was "not accepting calls at this time; please try your call again later."

Received a robocall from this number @ 09:42 on 9/12/17. Recorded voice said something about a "credit card account" and I hung up. I don't have any credit card accounts anywhere. I don't have credit cards. When I tried to call it back to find out how it would answer, it said, "The carrier you have reached is unavailable."

This is tied to a scam "tax collection" phone number. They have you call their 866.293.2092 phone number and they claim you owe taxes.

An unwanted call from this Virgina VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller hung up. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) hate reaching answering devices while they are trolling the phones, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Many posters report the caller is Medicare Seniors, possibly one of many Medicare crooks who collectively steal $60 billion per year from taxpayers by scamming the system. Telecriminals like this are the reason you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
