Got a call from this number when I have no correlation with Dominica. Pretty sure it's a spam call.

Yes, but when I called back, the lady tells me she does not know me and keeps on doing other things while the call was on so I hung up. I don't understand this

I live in Australia and i just recieved a call from this number as well! Got a voice to text message that said miss you call me back as soon as you can. Apparently the area code is from Dominica

Just got a missed call from this number, I live in Australia. No idea who it is but seems super sketchy. No voicemail was left.
