robo call saying there is suspicious activity with my ssn, and I need to call this number back right away

Called me claiming to be the social security office said his name was Officer Bryan Cooper and wanted right away my name and social security number
I asked why they were calling me from Chicago when my local office is in Louisiana and he again asked me for my name and social. Scammers hung up on me.

Received a message on my TextNow account from this unknown number. Believe that it is a scam. Obviously they do not speak English, and I do not have a WhatsApp account. I did not click on the link. My search says the number is from Illinois, a landline.

Fraudulent call moments ago claiming to be the IRS. Voice machine, not a person. Tells me to call this number back.

Asked for my dad. She said who she was with but mumbled it so I had no idea what she says. Did not seem legit. They call a few times a week and never leave a message. Blocking it.

This number called me asking for my father-in-law. We are on a cellular family plan that falls under his name, so I'm guessing that is why they were calling me. Told them wrong number. I didn't bother trying to find out what they wanted.
