This will trigger the nano technology to cause any symptom that they wish to match to the current hoax that they are pushing at the time. Many will fall for the hoax because they will have 5G activated symptoms making them believe they have the latest hoax.

I got the same text as the last commenter. No one actually trying to refund something would send a text message about it especially with a weird ip address linked. I blocked them.

I received a text message from this number. The message advised me that I had been over charged and a refund was due. All I had to do was to follow a link to claim my refund. The link was sent as an IP address. I did a tracert from the command prompt on my laptop to find the location of the IP address. It turns out that the IP address is in Bucharest, Romania. Fake? I would say so.

I suspect it was a scammer. An automated message said suspect charges were made on my Visa card this morning, and gave option to "press 2" if I wished them cancelled, which I did. Moments later someone started to talk as I hung up.
