They called and told me that I owed money to a student loan consolidation company. Somehow they have the last four digits of my SSN which is very scary to me. I told them that I have email exchanges stating that I no longer have a contract with the consolidation company and don't owe any money. They ended the call pretty quickly afterwords. Do not use My Financial Solutions for student loan consolidation!!!!

Pretty sure this is a scam. Claimed they were calling from the Social Security Office and said "your" social security number has been compromised. Didn't specify the name of the person whose number was allegedly compromised. Said to call back as soon as possible. My answering machine took the call. I deleted.

got a text confirming my name and then never replied who they were. when I actually called back they answered bert ogden which is a car dealership. so unprofessional and can cause problems

This is a SCAM - No doubt - I never answer an unknown number because of all the scammers and telemarketers calling. Being on the "Do Not Call List" is a joke. I hope that all scammers and telemarketers go to hell - today would be just fine.

They are pretending to be a resort in Cancun Mexico but they are scammer. The lady name K-Ann Mendiola - https://www.facebook.com/kann.mendiola - will friend you. Then she will call you make friends. After a few days she will ask you to visit her in Cancun and you can use her 80% employee discount however you need to pay the 20% upfront and you can travel any date you want...There are 2 more people who she will let you talk. A guy name March saying he has a girlfriend in the US and visited him using the same 80% employee discount...She will also have you talk to her boss who will ask for you to pay the 20% which will cost you around $1900.00. Beware they are scammer...I caught her right away so she blocked me on FB...She is using all fake pictures in her FB.

I didn't answer and I don't understand why the caller didn't leave voicemail. This call originated from Verizon, my provider. Stop bugging people on Saturday morning if you're not going to leave a message!!
