A computer generated recording telling me that my social security was involved in a scam with the IRS and demanded some type of compensation, I just hung up, no time for bs.

Hello, this number has called my phone twice 2 days ago and twice yesterday!!! It's a recording of a man that gives a phone number that's really hard to figure out but once I figured it out it turns out to be 254-488-5024 also 281-823-8547!! The recording says that my social security number has been used in a scam and that if I don't call them back they are going to report are start legal issues against me!! I was very nervous and scared I had no clue what this why I was until I looked it up on the internet and I'm very thankful that I found everyone else's post!! Thank you so much for your input!!

Got a call from 254.488.5024--didn't answer but I called back-a very foreign female answered I asked to take me off calling list-she hung up on me. I called back -knowing it was an obvious overseas scam-woman answered and immediately said -Die Die Die Die Die woman and hung up. I noticed I had a voice mail-it was a Beta generated msg telling me to call back 281.823.8547 -def not English speaking people as message was as broken as her English LOL--I reported to County Sherriff and to MN BBB--
These people need to be stopped and prosecuted to the max!!

Just got a call from this number threatening that my SSN will be suspended. Called back s/w a foreign male by name of David and he gave an ID #. He asked for personal information and got upset and hung up when I refused to provide my info.

The male voice threatened that my social security number would be suspended and I would be arrested unless I call a certain number.
