Thomas is definitely not his/her name. This person is super sly. He used fake photo to post fake rental information. He pretends whatever reason that he can't meet the tenant so after you transfer the rent to him he will mail the key for you.
The photos he posted of course are very beautiful, they are all fake. Also the rent he asked is always very cheap than typical price in that area.
He didn't call me but we contacted each other through mail. He finally provided his number to me which is this number. His rental post on craigslist is here:

The way I found out is that I googled all the photos he sent me and found them are all pictures from different apartments in different states of US....
If there is a police officer reading this please try to catch him. He must have certain information can be tracked on craigslist.
