I immediately knew it was a scam as the guy said his name was "Officer Albert Johnson," yet he had a very thick Indian accent.
Anyway, I called him out on his scam, and he got very aggressive and threatened to have me arrested. When I laughed at him, he then started cursing at me and asked me if I "wanted to die."
When I replied no, he said he was going to kill me by "shooting my eyes out." I asked him how he planned to do that all the way from India and then he really exploded, spewing expletives at me and telling me he was going to come my house and kill me. Then he told me he was going to come and "f*ck my wife."
Obviously one of the new scams out of India. If they call you, hang up immediately. If they leave a message, delete it and don't call back.
Very nasty piece of work.
