They give you a name but don't answer who they were trying to reach when you ask them and insist you give them personal information rather than say they were looking for a particular person. They say it's a personal matter and they're not obliged to speak to anyone else but the person subject to the inquiry. However, when you say okay well who do you wish to speak to? Their response is who am I speaking with or can I have your name? Kinda odd and evasive. Report them to the do not call registry even if they are a legitimate business because something isn't right in the manner they are proceeding if you get a call from them.
