BEWARE OF THESE ILLEGAL SCAMMERS, PRETENDERS, IMPOSTORS.

They call non-stop. They refuse to put you on their "Do Not Contact List."
Their letter is high-pressured, pushy, treats the reader as if they are in trouble for something, and is heavy-handed all the way through.
Call themselves "HOME PROTECTION GROUP, Home Warranty Dept". At the bottom of their pink slip, it states in italics, "Home Warranty Administered by Home Warranty Direct"
The slip emphasizes extreme urgency.
"IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED"
Then below it, "FINAL NOTICE"
Below that another "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED" and instead of saying Dear Name, it states in all-caps" "ATTENTION: Name"
Right below that, the first sentence is very serious sounding and starts out: "This letter is to inform you that". . . GIves the perfect name of your property title and address information, and then finishes the sentence with : ",may be expiring, or may have already expired." The next sentence states "Our records indicate that you HAVE NIT CONTACTED US YET to get your Home Warranty up to date."
Next sentence starts out: 'Please Call IMMEDIATELY ad this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 1-888-635-0080"
Skip one sentence. Then further down, "We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after 5 days.'
Further down . . . "EXTREMELY URGENT & TIME SENSITIVE - IMMEDIATE RESPONSE
REQUESTED"
They call and they also send bogus mail.
I do not have any home warranty.
They just sent by mail an envelope with no return address or name on the outside. They had a pink "FINAL NOTICE" printed sheet of paper showing through to falsely indicate lateness of payment or renewal, but not true at all. It is a scare-tactic. At the bottom, in all-caps, "NO FINANCE CHARGES APPLY TO THIS OFFER," again another tactic to scare a person. They had looked up our shared family property and knew exactly what was on the Title Deed.
This looks like a PHISHING IDENTITY THEFT SC
