The text from this person, supposedly from Kelly Phelps with Verizon Network Company, was suspicious. It came in about 9:45 am, on Sunday. She/he claimed I'd be receiving, "$1,500, for Period of Pandemic," that Verizon was giving away. She said she'd send a code, and I was to give it to, "NO ONE," (in caps). Yet, she asked me to send her the code, so she could, "process it." Duh. When I asked questions, she changed her story to, "Sorry your Number is not on Consumer list winners we have." So I asked how she got my phone number, if it wasn't on her list. She never responded. I DON'T RECOMMEND BELIEVING A WORD FROM THESE TEXTS!
