This is a spam caller. They claim that I must call them as there is a arrest warrant against my name and my identity and that I need to call them before they inform the local authorities. It is a fake "IRS" scam.

They called me 2 times yesterday, and left a voice message each time. The VM just said "Contact our direct department at 202-blah blah". So I called back, and someone actually answered! Didn't get the typical "this # is not in use anymore" automation.
