I received a call from this number on 30 September 2016 around 1335. There was a pause before some slurred speech foreign voice haphazardly stated that he was calling from the US Treasury Department in Washington DC.
My first guess was this was one of those IRS scamming calls. However, as I made him repeat himself, I began to write down his statement and repeat back slowly. Needless to say, the fucktard hung up. If anyone finds him, put him through a chipper/shredder slowly and feet first.
