Got a text from a Jack Morgan from DHL indicating my package had arrived in their office,and stated they would deliver the package when I reply with my address.

These demons scammed my elderly parent out of his ENTIRE life savings and over 1 million to his estimation! PCH, Spanish Lottery, tax collection, are all scams identified by my parent. The demon ("contect guy") made threats, according to my parent, and claimed that my parent was/is "obligated" to the "group" of "friends". They have asked for his social security #, personal information.

Robo voice left me a voicemail saying I had 4 legal actions pending and that I may be taken into custody if I do not call them back. Suspect this is a scam.

Robo Call left vm that I had 3 legal actions pending with my name and to avoid further legal action/arrest to call them.
I have no pending legal issues and cannot imagine a company in DC would be looking for me... and if I could be arrested why are local authorities not looking for me. Suspect this is a scam and blocked the call.

I received the same call, obviously a call center and the operator barely spoke English

Scammer, They claim to the be the IRS calling because you owe them money. I tried to explain when they answered, must be dumb IRS doesn't call you when you owe money, they take it.
