This is a legitimate call you should take or return (at the same 206-512-8032 number) for YOUR BENEFIT. They are Hydromax, an authorized partner of Puget Sound Energy. They are performing sewer inspections for households, at least in my case, whose sewers they were unable to inspect during their scope from the main line sewer in the street (last April, in my case). In theory, tree roots or other obstruction prevented them from inspecting my sewer line, at that time. The concern relates to cross boring between gas lines and sewer lines. Cross boring presents a potential future danger (see below). If Hydromax is unable to reach you, they'll report back to PSE. If the homeowner refuses the inspection, or refuses any fixes (that PSE will arrange and pay for), the homeowner becomes liable for the potential danger.
Below is part of an email they sent after my call with a very nice rep. They want to schedule a 90 minute appointment with an adult at your home. NO COST TO YOU but POTENTIAL DANGER/LIABILITY IF HOMEOWNER DOESN'T PARTICIPATE. My phone rep was well-informed, forthcoming, and able to look-up why my specific property needed the inspection. I recommend giving them a call back.
LETTER EXCERPT THEY EMAILED WITH MY PERMISSION:
"Hydromax USA is a service partner of Puget Sound Energy and we examine all sewer lines and septic tanks in the vicinity of recent trenchless installations of PSE natural gas pipelines. With these examinations we can ensure that no gas lines have been inadvertently drilled through any part of your sewer/septic system, where they are vulnerable to damage by cutting tools used to clear blocked/clogged lines. These conflicts of natural gas lines and sewer pipes are referred to as cross bores.

All of these inspections are done on behalf of PSEâs Sewer Safety Program and are entirely paid for by Puget Sound Energy. Hydromax USA is listed on Puget Sound Energyâs website (https://www.pse.com/pages/blocked-sewer).

A big pain! They don't stop calling! I've repeatedly asked them to stop calling me and they don't listen. They call several times a day sometimes.

I keep getting calls from this number, and others where just the last for digits are slightly different, whereby when answered, no one is there. Though I keep blocking these numbers, they keep coming because they keep changing the last four digits! Very frustrating and annoying!

this number calls me at least 5times per day, I flip to ignore, leaves no message. Called again, I answered but didn't say one word...no one there, no background noise, then disconnected

This is a totally unknown number, it appears to be some kind of phishing call. I am receiving ongoing calls from this number. The caller ID related to the number is V00110563700004. The previous call came from phone number (206) 512-1042 and the caller ID for that number is V93011201700140

I'm getting 2 or 3 calls always 9pm/10pm from this number, I pick up and the other party has no response. I call back, it rings and then disconnects the call.

Thus number is harassing my 13 year olds phone. Asking for a random person every time. Asking if we have diabetes, when we say no and ask to be removed from list they get angry and hang up the proceed to call over and over again to the point I shut her phone off , then I called it back and the number is busy. How can I stop this?
