Said they would arrest me if I didn't give me personal info. They are going to take my drivers license too. When I told them I would call the IRS with a number found on their website they hung up on me. Oh yeah they also wanted me to send them $4000.00.

It was a computer generated voice saying it was the IRS and it was a final notice of trying to reach me. I've received many such "final notice" scam calls. NO government agency would make this kind of phone call.
