I blocked the number but keep leaving a message. I wanted to call them back but didn't I am now doing a complaint report to the Federal Trade Commission

I was called 3 times urgently demanding I call the irs back because the irs was filing a lawsuit against me. When I called the number back a woman answered wanting to know my name so she could pull my file. I told her she could use the number they called she then asked if this was Richard. I said no and she hung up. I got two more calls and the last said was my final warning.

Got a call @ 6am, 7am and 9am saying it was the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me. Called back and got a woman on the phone who answered saying it was the IRS but hung up on me when I said i was calling about the lawsuit being filed against me.

Called this number back to try to get on a "Do Not Contact" list and the guy said, "No way." Then when I threatened to call the police, he said, "I'm scared," and hung up. You can hear a bunch of people in the background. SCAM.

This is a scam from IRS. They do not call only send you out letters, so therefore this is a fake! Number they are calling from 213-359-6674. Can you stop this!

SCAM IRS call. Robotic automated voice said the IRS was filing a suit or charging me for who knows what. the IRS does not call people. They send letters.
