Got this voice mail as well. Funny enough, I owe Revenue Canada some tax receipts, so I thought it was in relation to that. I tried to call it back after the weekend, and it was a busy signal.
I guess either it has been taken down, or this fool doesn't know how to run a scam lol.

Yup. Got the whole thing recorded on my voice mail. 1. CRA does not phone taxpayers. They will mail you. 2. He referred to an Attorney. In Canada, we refer to them as lawyers, not attorneys. 3. A government organization would never leave a private message on a possibly public voice mail.
I saved the voice mail do I can share it with with my friends for a good laugh. LOL

This was a Robocaller that claims to be from the Canadian Revenue Service. Said that there is a warrant out for my arrest and that if I wanted to follow up I was to call a number. I just hung up.
This is a complete scam and you should ignore the call if caller id say St Thomas ON

He identified himself as a CRA officer. If I didn't call back "then good luck to you" is what he said. LOL! It's sad how many will get caught in this scam. I'm almost tempted to call and play along with these idiots.

Definitely a scam. Missed the call so my voicemail caught it. Automated message because the voicemail missed the first part. Threat to call back or have my attorney call back.. warning not to ignore this message.. Officer Craig Williams with a very foreign voice (asian/middle eastern/ east indian??) withe a "hotline to his department" lol.. tempted to call back and troll him. Feel bad for people who won't recognize it's a scam :(

Robotic sounding but also vaguely Russian. Most of the message was indiscernible. Heard nothing of the first part. Toward the end made a very threatening, almost apocalyptic warning about ignoring this call.

I received a call saying a warrant was going to be issued if I did not return the call. I returned the call and got a busy signal almost immediately. Is this for real?! I am freaking out!!

These dudes just left a voice mail on my phone, an the first part of the message was cut off, which makes me think that they were talking over my outgoing message, which nobody would do (so it's very likely a recording), they said the exact same thing as a few people listed above, get to my lawyer, wished me good luck with the issue and the whole time you can hear conversations in the background, so it's likely a call center.

Male generated voice; stating that they were CRA and to get to them immediately re. about a lawsuit against me and arrest warrant issued in my name. From past comments, this is a scam. Do not provide any important CRA details. Called back just to find out anything behind this scam, line was cut off, no answer.

Rec'd a voicemail from this number claiming to be CRA demanding I call them back for details of a lawsuit against me. They did not identify who they were (agent name or a type of identification number) Just that the lawsuit was against me. It sounded like a computer generated mail voice or a computer program used to disguise a persons voice. I called CRA and they said do not give them any information as this is bogus.
I will not call them back it is obviously a scam.
