Someone is using this number involved in a scam. The person has stolen photos from a Facebook account and is making attempts to scam contacts from said account on behalf of the person whose identity they are trying to steal. The scam includes threats of fines and an offer to pick up cargo once the fees are paid. They are asking for a low fee for a more valuable cargo by using Whatsapp to communicate. They contact friends of the person they are impersonating claiming they lost their phone number and convince the friends to give them their phone number. Once they have the phone number, they contact them through Whatsapp with the "fines and cargo" story. It is uncertain if the person claiming to have given them money is involved or not, but it seems suspicious as if that person is running a secondary scam or just using the entire story as a ruse to scam the person being impersonated. Police are involved and an investigation is ongoing into this scam.
