While installing Roku 3 and trying to activate, by putting in the code Number
which is on the T.V. etc.
It kept telling that the Code was wrong & to ph. 1-844-240-8688 which I did.
Thinking that it was ROKU. Which he did say a few times that they were Roku.
I talked to one Vishal Bansal and we went through a very long procedure
to rectify the problem which was to no avail.
He brought up a page showing two lists of numbers] One show as local which he said was from my computer and the other show as foreign. which he said that they were hackers.] He said that the certificate was expire re: the fire wall ???? keep in mind that this could be wrong as he was very hard to understand due to the country that he was from. etc.
Once we got in to fixed the problem the cost came up.
I then knew that I had the wrong number.
The would send a tech a
& so on.

I work overseas. Call came to my mobile (has US number) and I was asleep and missed the call. I did not call back. I know no one in MD, or this phone number.
