I'm saying this is a scam. Recorded message was this is your final notice, you are to call immediately, The number that was given was 1 252-368-4677. I don't know if this is true but I was told that the IRS only sends out registered letters - no calls.

I think it's a scam. The message on my home tel. said the IRS was filing a lawsuit on a case against me. And urged I called this number (252-368-4677). The number is registered to a private communications company (not IRS!). I called from a segured/tel. no. distorded phone and the person that answered the phone was confused because the number I called from did not come up on his system. His name: Marvin Clark (did not share it until I insisted), but had a deep Indian accent. His address: 401 West Beach St Atlanta GA, does no exist. I asked another question and the person hang up.
I know the IRS would send in writing any communications and I have had the same address for 5 years. This is a scam.
