I received the same call twice yesterday. They claimed they was the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit. I finally called back. The person never said u have reached the IRS. So I said to the man. Since when does the IRS call u and say there is a lawsuit in my name. With that the man hing up. Totally SCAM!! Get a life and work and make your own money.

Got 4 calls yesterday, left Voice mail and saying they are from IRS and gonna file lawsuit against me.

It has called me twice claming to be IRS said I had made mistake on my 2010 and 2014 taxes said I owed 5000 dollars and that a iaw suit had been filed and if I didn't settle it to day a warrent would be issued for me and local athorityes would be sent to arrest me or I could set up payments with 500 dollar payment wanted my credit card number told them to send police and aresst me
