It is a scam where the recorded voice says I am being sued by the IRS and I need to call this number ASAP. Obviously these people need to be found and locked up

They've called repeatedly from this number and said the IRS is filing suit against me, yet when I called, there was no one there, except about 15 seconds of clicking noises, which made me think they were trying to get information about my cell or something. Very weird!
