Got a miss call so I texted back. But got an auto-reply saying, "if this is an emergency, dial 911. the officer who called you does not accept texts, but to request a call back, reply yes"
so I replied, "yes"
auto replied- "Got it! I have notified the officer of your request. Keep in mind that officers work non-standard shifts and may not able to return your call right away.
New during COVID-19: Search the app store for "Nectar Police Video" to enable video calling with the officer."
So now I am waiting for a call back. I have had a scam call before from an "officer" asking for donations to a Police-fire type of charity. (at first I thought it was legit, but ended up seeing on the news a few weeks later about it.)
Either way I hope to figure this out hopefully soon. I'm not related to any illegal activities or do anything illegal. Though, I am curious about the call at 8:40 pm. (I Texted back at 10:26).

They call 5 or 6 times per day. No one at the other end. No answer when called.

This person was EXTREMELY rude to me. Called asking for someone who was not me and when I told him I wanted him to remove my number he actually had the audacity to yell at me and tell me I needed to work it out with the person he was looking for. Absolutely ridiculous. Similar numbers have been calling me all week, not leaving voicemail, and when I have tried to redial the number nobody answers. a******s
