When I called back and let them know I knew it was a scam and had reported it. He said some very derrogatory things to me. Wow!

Same. A call declaring that they were IRS and going to file a 'lawsuit' against me Funny, I had never received any mail from IRS, so I didn't call them back. What do they want? What happens if you DO call that number I wonder?

The person calling left a message stating that they were from the IRS and were filing a lawsuit against me. This phone call was a final notice. I assumed it was scam, posted the message to social media to make others aware, and deleted it.

SCAM. Automated service calls stating there is a final lawsuit by the IRS. You call the number back and they try to get your information and ask you to pay your overdue taxes. Foreigners & obvious scan.
