A robot-computer voice claiming that it is from the IRS and that they have tried to contact me these past 6 months and since I never responded, they have filed a lawsuit for tax fraud.

As the person mentioned above, I got same message with LOW QUALITY Computer-Voice-Generator (pretty much sounds like 20 years ago when that was a new thing to make your computer read a text).
