Man with a foreign accent reading from a script told me my business was "selected to receive capital..." I cut him off there. It sounded as if he was in a call center. The 301-481 area code and exchange is in St. Mary's co., MD and is used for cell phone numbers. Are the call centers making their "employees" use their own phones?
