Got a call early this morning around 6:30 AM again 2 hours later, both times I picked up and got no response. Just got the call again and let it go to Voice mail, IRS is going filing a lawsuit against me. Right!

Same number has called me three times as well today telling me I need to call because the IRS has a lawsuit on me. Obviously if this was true, I would have been served papers. Total scam in my opinion.

Obviously a scam. They called three times from 5:30AM to 8:30. The recording claimed to be from the IRS, and threatened to sue me. I was told to call 310.383.0928. I didn't.

I also got this call saying it was the IRS filing a lawsuit. 99.9% sure the IRS doesn't call you to tell you that.

It was a automated IRS lawsuit scam call. Received at 8:53am EST and call was from CA. Like the irs is working at 5 in the morning.

I got a voicemail on my cell phone from this number saying the IRS is filing a suit against me and I should call to get information about my case. No name was given and no case number was given so I'm sure this is a scam

Terrible people. Called saying an irs lawsuit was to be filed against me. Asked how much money I could pay, if I didn't pay I'd be arrested in 2 hours. Said they'd put a lien on all my assets. I cried, falling for it at first and then I came to my senses. As soon as I questioned the validity they became terribly rude and angry. I hung up checked all the numbers they tried to call me back from. They called back 11 times from 4 different numbers and then a blocked one. I called my sister in law waited for them to call again and merged the calls. She pretended to be my attorney and they never called back. I hope karma finds them

Another call claiming to be the IRS. I have signed up with nomorobo which works well until the caller changes the number they call from.

An automatic call came first saying it was the IRS trying to contact me and they would be filing a law suite against me if I didn't call them back. When I called it back someone unable to speak English clearly answered and I hung up.
