Caller ID displayed 607-218-8470 and Cortland NY. This number is a known utility scammer.
Left a message re: my electric supply charges. I was asked to make a return call to Mrs. O'Donnell at 315-282-5690 and to have a copy of my bill handy. No company name was given, but the caller tried to make it sound as if she was calling on behalf of my electric supplier.

Man with India accent left message could not decipher too weel, but was a SCAMMER saying some crap about legal proceedings yada yada.

Said he was from the department of legal services and was calling in regard to legal proceedings started against me. I should call back but not before engaging a lawyer.
