The number calls me and I do not remember applying for or filling out any information for a "teletech" job consulting site. When I ask for the name of the company, all they will say is "we are a local job consulting/coaching service." At one point, I asked what their company's name was. All the repr would tell me is "We are a local job consulting service. And we just want to collect some information." I don't know if this is a scam, but not letting me know the name of their company is a big red flag.

Saying they are from the IRS, calling from a cell phone? Said they are dragging me into court, then jail! People in aware, this would be terrifying for them! How do you stop this???

IRS SCAM - It is a recording stating you are under investigation by the IRS and you need to call this number back

Phony IRS scam. Claims that IRS has filed lawsuit against and please call for further information. IRS does not call to notify of lawsuits.
In fact IRS does not call anyone for any reason.

Claimed IRS & was automated female voice. I've gotten them from a thick foreign male in the past who was very persistent and had a VERY American name.
