I received a call from this rob number informing me that it was the Social Security Administration and that there was legal enforcement on me for fraudulent activity and they were beginning legal proceedings against me. Upon checking, I found this to be a scam call. I reported it to SS and they said they were aware of the activity to defraud.

I received a robocall recorded message claiming to be from an "Officer Robert Morris of the IRS" and stating it wa my last notice before being arrested or taken to court for a tax fraud claim against me. I had received a similar message from another number a few days ago. Some basic Googling shows that the "Officer Robert Morris calls are an IRS scam where someone tries to get you to call back and be coerced into making a payment with a credit card to settle the "IRS claim".
