Its a scam!!!! offering non existent rental properties at a discount price all over Canada and wanting money upfront before they mail you keys. what a joke! This is what he writes " Hello, Thanks for your interest in our property and i hope i can address you as our future tenant.we personally own the property and we are looking for a humble,neat and God fearing tenant to rent it out to as we just relocated to United States of America with the whole family to take over and monitor my wife's father ranch business. my wife is the only child of her parent and as a woman she can't do the ranch business alone so she need my help and support so we decided to move with the whole family including our kids cos we can leave them behind as they are still under age.We are here in United States of America in our new house and also we are with the keys and documents of the property.We did not intend to give the property out for rent,but due to maintenance of the property my wife strongly advised we should give the place out for rent to a good and clean tenant and we also don't want our property to be used any how in our absent that is why we took the keys and documents along with us so i hope you will promise us to take very good care of the property.kindly get back to me on how you could take care of our place or perhaps experience you have in renting properties. The rent fee is included with all the utilities . I am looking forward to hearing from you ASAP before we can finally decide if we should rent it out to you or not." Than they ask for money up front before they "mail" you the keys, what a joke
