Received a text in Spanish... looks like it's advertising for legal services... SPAM

I received a call from (415) 638-5036. The representative who spoke to me was allegedly named Steven White, and he told me that my tax records from 2011 to 2015 did not match, and under US code 6651, I had to pay $3987.00 in penalties. He then referred me to a supervisor, who claimed that the call was being recorded and that I was not allowed to talk to any third party while on the line. The supervisor began to direct me to use my debit card to convert the sum above into an electronic voucher by visiting a local Target or Walmart immediately, and then to wait to receive a visit from an IRS representative in order to submit the voucher.
I looked up the (415) number, and this website said it was a scam, so I hung up. I received a call immediately afterward from (800) 829-1040 from the same operator, and I quickly hung up.

IRS scam - been getting these from all different numbers, I block the #, they call the next day from a new one. I called this number back and it rang and rang no answer or vm....I wanted to tell someone off
